Anthropology 6: Introduction to Biological Anthropology was a fall 2015 course at Dartmouth College in which undergraduate students explored what National Geographic describes as potentially “one of the greatest fossil finds of the past half century,” and interacted with the leader of the field research team who discovered the fossils. ANTH 6 is a great example of the wide range of experiential learning opportunities taking place at Dartmouth.
DCAL is accepting proposals now through May 10 for seed funding to support new and existing experiential learning opportunities in 2017-18. Learn more!
