"For my Stamps project, I’m documenting and analyzing the formation of the Log Cabin Republicans. This group formed in the late 1970s and now represents the largest conservative gay political organization in America. I’m using a mix of archival research and oral history interviews to tell the story of how this seemingly contradictory strand of gay politics emerged."
