This learning community offers a regular gathering space and time for faculty interested in discussing and supporting mental health and wellbeing in the classroom. Facilitated by DCAL and the Student Wellness Center, these gatherings will provide opportunities for faculty to process experiences, raise questions, develop awareness, share strategies, and learn practices for supporting their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of their students. Areas of focus may include trauma-sensitive pedagogy, mindfulness-based interventions, Universal Design for Learning, DEIB, and anti-racist practices, among other topics to be determined by the group that convenes.

This month's gathering will take place in RWIT – Berry 183.
