Are you new faculty at Dartmouth? (And by new, we mean have you joined us within the last three years?) Are you looking to find a supportive group with whom to discuss your research and teaching? Are you looking to meet people beyond your home department with whom to develop friendships and collaborations?

Inclusive Pathways for Advancement in the Academy (IPAA), now in its fourth year, is running a virtual program designed to help faculty build meaningful professional connections within the Dartmouth community. The program will take place this winter, starting January 25 and meeting once a week until March 1. Sponsored and led by the Dartmouth Center for Advancement of Learning (DCAL), the Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity (IDE), Information, Technology, and Consulting (ITC), and GrantGPS, participants will explore their identities as researchers and teachers and in the process build ties with colleagues across departments and divisions. Along the way, they will also learn about the broad array of resources available to support them as scholars and teachers adapting to the Dartmouth community.

Interested in joining? Please submit our brief application by Friday, December 10th. Priority will be given to those who apply early and we are looking to create a diverse cohort. We will confirm you have a spot by December 17. If you have questions or would like more information about the program, please reach out to Kara.L.Wakefield@Dartmouth.edu.

Virtual sessions begin on Tuesday, January 25th and run once a week through early March. For a full program description, visit http://dartgo.org/IPAA.
