Faculty Workshop
Course evaluations can be valuable sources of information about our teaching, but can also be easily misinterpreted or misunderstood, and reflect inherent biases. Participants in this session will review the literature on student evaluations of teaching and discuss best practices for reading and interpreting them. The session will consider different perspectives including that of an instructor, a writer/reader of a letter or recommendation, a chair, and an administrator. (Lunch will begin at noon, discussion at 12:15)
Lunhc will be provided, please register here: https://libcal.dartmouth.edu/event/5860886
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
