Online Learning

Online teaching at Dartmouth reflects the college's learning philosophy. In our degree and small certificate programs, all of our courses are rigorous, intimate, and designed to foster a close relationship between students and the faculty.

What is Dartmouth doing with Online Learning?

Currently, Dartmouth offers two low-residency graduate degree programs, whose residential components are integral to the online learning experience.

  • The Master of Health Care Delivery Science (MHCDS) degree is a graduate degree offered in collaboration between Tuck and TDI, and is designed for leaders and emerging leaders in the health care sector.
  • In August of 2015, the College’s second low-residency graduate degree started its first classes, as TDI is rolling out a two-year, largely online Masters in Public Health program to complement the existing one-year residential MPH degree.

Dartmouth also offers a number of blended and non-degree certificate programs that are delivered online, with these programs concentrated in the professional schools.
